We hope you’re always happy with your purchase but if by any reason you need to return or exchange your purchase you can do it in 30 days.
After 30 days of your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The returned item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tag attached and in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method excluding the delivery costs.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
It is our aim that every garment arrives in great condition. If by any chance you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away. We only replace items if they are clearly defective or damaged. All our finishes are made by hand, every garment is unique and will change and adapt over time and usage. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size please make a new purchase and email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will collect the item you don't want to keep and give you a refund *only applies to Europe*.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
